Spaciousness and comfort are key elements on the River Royale. Staterooms are up to 162 square feet in size, and suites are slightly larger at 175 square feet. All accommodations offer generous storage space for clothes and belongings and large picture windows or French-style balcony doors, admitting plenty of natural light. Gathering spots on the ship include two lounges, a library and the Soleil Deck, from which passengers can take in the views of the passing countryside. River Royale cruises exclusively in Southern France, and the chefs have created menus and selected wines with the culinary traditions of that region in mind. Guests can enjoy the complimentary use of bicycles onshore, and onboard amenities include a fitness center, sauna, Jacuzzi, boutique and Internet cafe. The River Royale was also built with wireless Internet access.
